Aspiration No 2
Aspirations for India of My Dreams.
This is an invitation to all the patriotic and dedicated friends and citizens of the country to participate and contribute in a thought process so essential for improving upon the pathetic condition of India which has been continuously deteriorating ever since we attained independence. I am sure our readers' sincere views on various aspirations and points would influence the masses and people who matter, to bring about the desired changes for the better.
I love India and want it to be the best in the world in all spheres of life. It has the talent and capability to reach the top. However, I am extremely disheartened to see its deteriorating state of affairs constantly over the past six decades. I attribute India's present day state of affairs to extremely low quality, ineffective, short sighted and highly corrupt political leadership besides lazy, unacccountable, highly irresponsible, incapable, and equally if not more corrupt and self serving bureaucracy. The judiciary and our judicial system also leaves much to be desired and does not function on the dictum of "Justice delayed is Justice denied" and is far too lethargic and incapable of acting swiftly to meet the needs of Justice. I feel the need for a drastic revolution to change the picture of my India so that it could become India not only of my dreams but of every Indian's dreams.
In view of the above I have thought out and listed 20 aspirations to start of with. I would love my dear friends and committed citizens of India to give their considered views and suggestions as to how these aspirations could be fulfilled. What are the actions to be taken by our Legislature, Executive and the Judiciary to bring about a change and prosperity in the nation, so that the population could reap the benefits and fulfil these aspirations? Are there any shortcomings and is there any need for reformation of of these organs to achieve better and effective results.
50 other topics (listed on the right side of the Blog under Public Views & Discussions) have also been added which need to be discussed threadbare and developed, so that the overall out look of the country and its population also takes a turn for the better. These are by no means exhaustive and there is certainly scope for addition or reduction in the list. Suggestions are invited from all the friends and citizens visiting the Blog "India of my Dreams". It may take time but surely we can expect better future.
