The Phrase "Working of The Indian Governent" is a misnomer. Govt of India stopped working since long. It was only looting the people.Starting from Chaprasi to the Prime Minister to the President all looted the People sometimes and all the time. If any one expects the present setup to bring out the Black Money they are living in fools Paradise.`
Needs and Aspirations’ of the Citizens

Torrential revelations of scams have already cast a dark shadow on the working of the Indian Government. An aggressive opposition even managed to stall the parliament for over two weeks, with out any tangible results. How ever both the government and the opposition have failed to effectively enquire into any of the allegations and the guilty are still at large. It appears that the opposition is just interested in embarrassing the government than in finding out the ultimate truth in each corruption case.

The ruling party also must realize that ‘good governance’ should achieve the ultimate end for its citizens and in Indian context, is construed to cover those agreed values and ideals as are enshrined in the Constitution. However, the system of governance came into operation through UPA ruling did not deliver the expected or promised results. The stakeholders in the current system of governance must identify the fault lines with an urgency and ensure that immediate actions are taken in pursuance of the ‘need and aspirations’ of the citizens of this country. All government actions, with out loss of time, in pursuance of the stated ideals must have consensus orientation and transparency under all circumstances- not in rhetoric, but in real sense............
