OROP Definition Authority

Dear All
For information of those who were looking for the authority for definition of OROP.
On 05 Sep 15 the Government through the statement of the RM changed the very definition. It is strongly solicited that the Government of India viz the concerned Ministers and the bureaucrats must see this definition (highlighted) and study it again and again, instead of subverting or abridging its own definition to betray the Indian Veterans community, as well as not fulfilling the much publicised promise of the Indian Prime Minister in true spirit.
